Lincoln- 18 Months

Weight: 32lbs (I think you were about 9 or 10 months old last time you weighed 32lbs)
Height: 34 inches

Clothes: You can still wear 2T but I buy 3T shirts.  I mainly do that so I can start drying your shirts.  You have gotten smaller around the waist so pants that use to be too tight fit now.

Food: You are quite the picky eater. You love pizza, cheese puffs and babanas.  The only meat we can get you to eat right now is ribs.  You like to try new sauces.  I think it is only because Daddy lets you stick your finger in them and lick the sauce off.  You think it is so funny.

Sleep:You usually got to bed about 9:30pm and wake up around 7:30am.  You take a nap around 11:30am and wake up between 2pm-2:30pm.

You are doing much better at using a spoon.  You are running all the time now.  You also like to climb on things and it makes Mommy very nervous.  I guess I am going to have to accept the fact that you are a boy and you are going to get hurt.

He calmed down once he got of the table and got to watch Yo Gabba Gabba on my iphone.

Date Night

Friday night Christian and I had a long overdue date night. We went had dinner at Chilis and went to Lewis Black. Our friends Jessie and Britney went with us. We had a great night and stayed at the Read House downtown. I didn't really care for Lewis Black and ended up falling asleep during the show. It was a pretty expensive nap :) afterwards went went to the Honest pint. We realized we were all getting old when we were sitting there talking about life insurance and showing off pictures of our kids.

Lincoln's Preschool Valentine's Party

I love Lincoln's preschool class.  Everyone was so cute in their Valentine's attire.  We have a little party with snack and everyone exchanged Valentines.

Harrison- 4 Months

Weight: 14lbs 8oz

Length: 25 1/2 inches

Clothes: You can still wear some 3mo clothes but you are mostly wearing 6 mo. clothes.

Food:  You are on mostly on formula now.  I am going to keep breastfeeding until it completely stops.  You still spit up quite a bit.  We talked to Dr. Carroll about it again this month and we decided to wait on any type of medicine.  I don't want to put you on anything if it isn't bothering you.  We let you try cereal and you hated it!

Sleep:  You have been sleeping through the night most of the time.  Occationally you will wake up once. You go to bed about 8:30 and wake up about 7am or 7:30am.

Diapers: Size 2

You love to munch on your hands.

You are really starting to fill out and get a little chunky :)

You still have deep blue eyes.

Overall you are a very happy baby.  You only get fussy if you are hungry or have a dirty diaper.  You are spoiled and want to be held most of the time.  this month you did get better at entertaining yourself for small amounts of time.

Your 4 mo. well visit went great except for the shots.  Dr. Carroll said you were doing good and to keep up the good work.

Friday Foto Faves

There is going to be lots of pictures this week since I have missed the last two weeks.

Bouncy Bouncy

Harrison has been coming to work with me since I came back from maternity leave.  As he has gotten older I have been having to come up with ways to entertain him while I am working.  I was certain that he would love the jumperoo like his brother.  Of course, he didn't care much for it at all.  It will entertain him for a few minutes but then he wants to get out and be held.

Lincoln was a lot bigger at this age so he weighed the jumperoo down and could actually jump.  On the lowest setting Harrison's feet still don't reach the floor.  I have to put the boppy under his feet so he doesn't feel like he is just hanging there.

Hopefully in a month or so he will love the jumperoo since we bought one for everywhere that he will stay when his brother was younger.

Blue Eyed Boy

Harrison has the most beautiful blue eyes.  They are a deep blue so you can't really see them in most pictures.  I was so excited when I realized you can see the blue in his eyes in this picture.  He will most likely have brown eyes but I want to enjoy his sparkly blues while I can.
