Jonah's 3rd Birthday

Jonah's 3rd birthday party was Saturday at the Creative Discovery Museum.  I was really excited because I had never been there before.  Lincoln went once with his Grammy and had a blast.  It worked out great that it was at 10am so we could play then both boys could still have their nap.
The boys in their matching shirts.  They are going to hate me when they get older :)

Lincoln loved the lemonade.

The birthday boy, Jonah.

Lincoln's favorite part of the CDM is the water part.  I love that they have little rain coat like things the kids can put on so their clothes don't get wet.

H-man liked the water too!

Lincoln kept trying to drink the water.

They have a room for 4 and under.  Harrison enjoyed playing with the toys.

Love/Hate Relationship

My MIL went on vacation last week and brought the boys back matching shirts.  I decided dress them in the shirts to go to her house and wanted to get a picture.  As soon as Lincoln saw Harrison he had to love on him.  Harrison was excited to get some love from his brother.
I have decided they have a love/hate relationship.  Harrison is about 95% love and 5% hate whereas Lincoln is about 75% hate and 25% love.

Lincoln did really well for the this picture but I wasn't quite satisfied with it so I wanted another one.

Lincoln didn't want to take another picture.  I was interupting his morning cartoons.

Harrison was giving Lincoln a little taste of his own medicine by laying on him and Lincoln hated it to say the least.

Finally I get Lincoln calmed down but he won't look at me.  All Harrison wants to do is patty cake everytime I say a word to him. :)

Now neither one of them will look at me.

Harrison is over it now.

They both got distracted by the cartoons on TV and wanted nothing to do with me after that.

Our Anniversary

We had such a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary.  Sunday (May 20th) morning we got up and Christian made breakfast while I fed Harrison.  We laid around and played with the kids until it was nap time.  Once both kids were down for a nap I started getting ready.  Once we were ready and both kids were awake we headed to Chattanooga.  We had to pick up Christian's anniversary present and Harrison need some new clothes.   christian totally surprised me with a new Coach wristlet.
It is so great to put my phone, cards and money in and throw in the diaper bag.  I love it!

I got him a new PS3.  I bought him one when they first came out but it bit the dust a few weeks back and I knew he really wanted another one.  Plus, we always used it for a DVD player and it will be great for our recent addiction to Hulu plus.
We headed to a late lunch/early dinner after leaving Target.  My sweet husband always has to eat at the same three places Hooters, Buffalo Wild Wings or Mellow Mushroom.  Those are my three favorite places to eat and 9 out of 10 we go to eat it is at one of those place.  Our anniversary was no exception.  Since hot wings sounded so good we went to Hooters.  My poor husband never gets to eat anywhere nice.  One of these days I am going to surprise him and take him to a fancy restaurant even though there probably won't be anything I will eat there.
Our family.

This little boy is always happy.

When the waitress first walked up to the table Lincoln patted her on the bottom and said hi.  I swear Christian did not tell him to do that.

Happy 3 years Babe!

Friday Foto Faves

Mopsy bought the boys an icecream last Friday and they loved it.  H Man really loved the cold on his gums.

The ice cream made him look like he had a little mustache.

Uncle Dex rolled Lincoln around in the toy buggy.  It has safety features to make it harder to tip over but I still didn't like it.

Harrison taking a nap with Popsy.

Lincoln loves to wake Harrison up in the mornings.  Harrison is equally happy to see his big brother.

Like Father Like Son

If Lincoln ever wakes up in the middle of the night he knows to come in our bedroom and he can sleep with us.  This does not happen very often but it is nice to get a few extra snuggles sometimes.  Last week I woke up one morning to find this...
...I barely remembered Lincoln getting in bed with us.  I was quickly reminded when I got out of bed by the aching in my sides from being kicked half the night.  I hate that the picture turned out blurry but they were both sleeping in the same exact position.

Harrison- 7 Months

Weight: 21lbs
Length: 27 inches

Clothes: You have been wearing 9mo clothes but you are almost too big for them now.  I have been puttin you some 12mo things.

Food:  You eat 8oz 4-5 times a day.  We stopped putting the cereal in your bottle since it didn't seem to help any.  The zantac is a mirable drug!  You rarely ever puke or spit up anymore.  If we miss a pill it usually takes you about three days to get back on track.

Sleep:  You have been sleeping through the night most of the time.  Occationally you will wake up at about 5am, drink a bottle and go right back to sleep. You have started wanting to go to bed earlier this month.  As soo as you get out of the bath you are ready to go to bed and you mean it.  I have been putting you to sleep between 7:30&8pm.
Diapers: It is time to move you up to size 4 but we are trying to use up all the size 3 first.

It amazes up at how happy you are.

You have started wanting to stand up.

You know your name and will turn your head trying to find who is saying it.

You still have your beautiful blue eyes.  It looks like they might be here to stay.

I think you are about to cut some teeth.  You have been drooling a lot and biting on your fingers.  I have caught you several times lately with your thumb in your mouth.
